Vino Nobile di Montepulciano d.o.c.g.
The size and layout of Trerose make it one of the most important parts of Montepulciano. The Nobile was the first Italian DOCG, and Trerose in Valiano covers more than 55 ha in the best area of this designation of origin. The composition of the Nobile is: Prugnolo Gentile 90% , Merlot 5%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%.
techniques of production
It ferments in steel where it macerates for approximately 18 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. It matures for 18 months in Slavonian oak casks. Bottle aging for approximately 12 months.
