A new Puiatti creation. No wood aging. This is the only Ribolla Gialla Classic Method exclusively obrained from grapes of Isonzo del Friuli. Pale yellow color with soft green highligths, refined bubbles. Full-bodied, rich, young and fresh fragrance. Full-bodied but elegant
food pairing: njoyable as an aperitif and particularly good with fish courses. In Friuli, it is traditionally enjoyed with oysters and shellfish
drinking temperature: 8°C
